I took mine up to Macedon and drove around a muddy cow paddock as part of an MG Club competition.

Has anyone here got an ECUDatascan and can bring it to the cruise? I'm considering buying one but want to check out what data I can get out of my MY04 first (some people say it's limited).

looks fun... do you need a special license to do those?

You need a "Level 2" CAMS competition licence.
They come as "speed" or "non-speed". Just the non-speed version is fine for these events.
I think it's $55 a year for a "non-speed" licence, and $100 for a "speed" one

It is possible to get a "one event only" license on the day. These are about $35 I think. You'd also need to join the MGCC, but they offer a special "one day membership" on the day for $1
