NEW P Plate laws in SA

From september 4 p's plater's won't be able to drive v8's / turbo /supercharged cars.

- From one source it says this applies that p plater's under 25 that dont get their p's after sept 4?
- Another source says from July 1st anyone under 25 on p1 or p2's cant buy/regrister/drive these cars?

To be honest i think it's a good thing. but i'm still on my p2's at age 20 looking for a GT : (

when you turn 25 years of age.
