I probably won't make it on Sunday morning; will be having a fairly large one the night before for my brother's birthday most likely.

I can do Saturday morning. Meet at that tavern again (can't remember what it's called)?

Either way I'm still just praying a wild work doesn't suddenly appear in the long grass.

So yeah, I'll do Saturday morning as well.

I hear run away is super effective against that.

And yeah, it's The Gap Tavern I was thinking of, Dan. No complaints from me for bringing a friend; the more the merrier.

Anyone can't make 8:30? I'm easy.

Dan your mate and his datto are fine by me to join us.

Any route or destination suggestions, or just ad hoc?

I might be in for this, but won't know until Friday.

Here is a run we did previously (a short one), 1-2hrs including stopping and chatting for 1/2hr at middle point.

If starting at Gap tavern you could simply drive up over Nebo, over Mt Glorious, down the back side of Mt Glorious, there is two BBQ areas very close together with a mountain stream there. Plenty of room to park some cars and stretch the legs. Coming down the backside of Glorious is pretty hard on your brakes but plenty of twisties which are fun. This option would be more like 2.5hrs if starting at Gap. You could even bring some snags :P. The end point is another 10 minutes from where we ended up last time (attached link).

While work has yet to get in the way, I've only recently realised that Nitro Circus kicks off a lot earlier than I thought. So I'll remain a maybe until a route has been decided, that way I can work out if I'll have enough time before committing to the trip.

I'm in tomorrow morning for 0830 at the Gap Tavern, most likely my mate in a bright yellow S15 will be coming as well.

EDIT: Just talked to him, he wants to know if he can bring a few GTR guys with him as well.... what do you guys reckon?
