No bags thankfully and I was barely going 50kmph, Im shocked at the damage tbh (Damn 4wds!) :(

Pretty sure Im still at fault either way.
I did get a picture of 1 of his 'brake lights' working, but Im certain he just turned on his lights because I with all certainty I saw no brake lights, otherwise I would've pulled up easily (plenty of room etc.)

I've already paid my excess etc. Ill let the insurance guys sort it out I guess...

Ouch!! Sorry to hear mate, damage looks bad but airbags didn't deploy? Would have given you a bit of a shock I bet.

I'd try to argue that his lights weren't working if I were you, having an at fault accident on your record is never good especially as a young driver
