Comfirmed: QLD December 15th Cruise

Re: Planned Cruise - UPDATE

Is anyone coming down from the sunshine coast and want to arrange an alternative meeting point like woodford perhaps? I'm keen to join the cruise, (have had my head in the books for way to long up till now) but would prefer not to drive all the way to The Gap if I don't need to. :D

Well that was what I was trying to plan with meeting at Woodford, Tan, but at the end of the day it doesn't matter where we meet with the cruise. We either start at Woodford and finish at The Gap, or start at The Gap and finish at Woodford. It's just the way the cruise goes unless you decide to drive the long way back through Nebo and Glorious.

If the meeting point is seen to be an issue, when I get home this afternoon I'll start a vote at the first page. Of there are more people coming from the SC, Woodford, if more people from the Southside, it can be The Gap.

If people want separate meeting points, let me know and I'll try and organize to meet somewhere in the middle.

The best we can do is cater for the majority, unfortunately :(

Hey Kody,

No need to change the plans you have made. I was just seeing if there was potential to meet along the cruise somewhere. I now realise the direction of travel and Woodford won't really work for most Brisbanites. I'll drive down earlier in order to meet up at the gap. See you there.
Cheers
Tan.

Just making sure I'm not putting anyone out Tan. If anyone is worried about the meeting place, please let me know. We have enough time to try and make everyone as happy as possible. If anyone from the Sunshine Coast want to meet up on the highway, I'm a Narangba and we can cruise to the meeting point to make it more enjoyable if need be.

Glad to see we've got some numbers. From what I can tell, QLD doesn't generally have more than half a dozen cars so if 10 show up, that's awesome.

Hahaha Natty, you're going to put us all to shame. I may have to Techwax my car again before the cruise XD
At this stage, my folks WRX may have my wheels and I may be running its 17's, but I am not sure if we can be bothered doing two wheel alignments...

There's 2 "blemishes" on my car that bug me (both from the previous owner) One is crack in that front lip (never bothered forking out the money for a whole new lip cos of one little crack) and a tiny paint blemish on the bonnet.. Hard to notice but when you know it's there your eyes are always drawn to it grrrr..
How hard would it be to vinyl wrap the front lip? Even if it was professionally done. I reckon a carbon fibre wrap on that front lip would look cool..

That's fine. If everyone who does have one can bring it anyways.
Those who don't, if you see Liberty broken down or a hole in a guard rail, it probably best to stop :P
