Comfirmed: QLD December 15th Cruise

Original Post, oh so long ago:
Hi all,
I'm looking at buying a Liberty in the next month or so and after talking to some members online, I figured the best way to meet some owners and see some cars would be to go on a cruise. If you are happy to lower yourselves to cruise with a WRX :)
I was just thinking your standard Nebo/Glorius/Wivenhoe cruise with a stop for coffee on the way or something?
I figure if I give a few weeks notice there may be a bigger turn out.
So who's keen?

Updated Information

**Before I begin, I'm a learner driver. I will NOT be leading the cruise on the day. If anyone would like to step up go nuts. I'm going to be driving extremely conservatively due to not only the fact that I'm a learner, but also because my parents are there :). Be noted on a weekend, there are multiple radars on these roads, if you wish to speed, that's your prerogative, yada yada yada we all know the drill**

So, to confirm:
Date:
15th December Saturday
Meeting time:

12:30pm, 1 pm departure
Meeting Point:
The Gap Tavern, 21 Glenquarie Place, The Gap QLD
Image
Route:
The Gap/Nebo/Glorious/Wivenhoe/Spit/Sommerset
Recommended stops for afternoon tea, talking? Perhaps at the spit? I did hear that possibly this is now a no go for car meets. Any info?
Image
Recommended equipment:
Water/Food
A FULL TANK OF FUEL PLEASE - lets not make this like Rexnet...
UHF Radio/Phone

Not really hey. Fletch2 and I are both Sunshine Coasters, never been on a brissy cruise before.

Oh interesting, we're from Narangba.
Maybe we could have a sub meet for those up north and a main meet for any of the south siders who come?

I was thinking maybe 1-3 weeks at most.
Next weekend might be a little soon, if not possibly the first of September. I've got work on the 25th, but I might be able to arrange something possibly.
So 18, 25 or 1st sound good?

18th would be good for me as I have to be in Brisbane anyway at midday to get the car tuned by Kido tuning.

With the tunes being midday though it doesn't leave much time for a cruise?
