It has been a while since we had a meet up, because of winter and its been really freaking cold, but just noticed a few new members have joined the forums who are currently living in the Capital, so who is up for a dinner get together, maybe in 2 weeks might be a little warmer.

Me too, good food and nice company is always a great way to pass the cold nights. I am heading down to Eden this weekend to go for a nice long drive and sit in a nice warm room and watch the ocean.

I've got a membership to the souther X, so any of the clubs around town are accessible.

if we do a friday night drinks, my project goes into production on the 4th of sept. so 3rd of sept. would be good for happy hour drinks.

What about a Thursday (so Glenn can make it) at the trattoria in the Hellenic club, they make pretty good wood fired pizza's. We'd have to book it though, especially on a Thursday. APK was really disappointing last time - especially when 3/4 of the way through my pizza I realised they (they as in the cranky bitch faced waitress) had given me the wrong one!

well were coming 4th at the moment on ladder after Royals get docked 5 points, for having unlisted players. If we make the finals then I will have to miss training. So either way I can miss one nights training, seeing as I am the only one to turn up on Tuesdays.

I am free most times, except Sat 21st - enjoying the election and the week of 30 August - 3 September I will be in Brisbane. Southern X is great to I have membership and happy to sign people in.

Had a great weekend down at Eden, great place and the drive was great. I’m not sure if you guys ever do any travelling together on weekends, like we do with my Territory friends, but a drive down there and stay over night at the Quarantine Bay Beach Cottages and return is a fantastic trip.
