Tyres Slashed

Beware of a black stock Gen V Liberty driver guys n gals that obviously lives north of the city. He slashed two of my tyres today because he didn't like me merging in front of him on Barry Drive this morning during Peak Hour - slowed him down in crawling traffic by one freaking car length - seriously!! This is not over - ACT police are informed and on the case (hopefully CCTV in the car park where he did it has him on there)... Real mature and tough!!

How do you know that was the person who slashed your tyres and that it wasn't someone else?
