Very quiet here in ACT

Anyone want to do a cruise soon? Maybe brodburger lunch/dinner...

Be cool to get some Rexnet people on too, no?

Put up when you're free :)

Yeah I wouldn't mind doing something, preferable something smaller that doesn't require a whole day. Like a broadburger lunch.

I think I'm away the weekend of the 15th but other than that I can probably make most times.

I was also thinking about the possibility of a skid pan day too sometime in the next 6 months.
I also might want to do an advanced driver course and will see if anyone else is interested at the time, whenever I get around to checking it out.

I'd be willing to drive down for a skid pan day!! I've been wanting to do one for ages!

Registering interest. But not too free on time these days for a while. This weekend + Monday I'm free and in the area.
Other than that I'm pretty much full up on work or up in QLD until mid February... can't even make it to that Rexnet cruise :(

Dunno if I'll make the one on the 22nd. Will see.

As for the skid pan, I've also done the bates one and it was good. I didn't have any tyre wear issues but I was pretty good about staying on the slicker cement. If you go off onto the course dry cement much you'll get some wear.

Excellent :) it will be a fairly decent subie turn out then.... Ill update the post on rexnet and copy it to a new thread on here. Looks like we will have the numbers and ill make some calls this week to get quotes and dates :)

As for a broadburger meet up, I'm keen for just a dinner during the week for those who would prefer. :?:

Hey guys, been a while since i've been on here, i'd like to meetup sometime too for brod!been a while since i've engulfed that deluxe burger of awesomeness.

Unfortunately i'm only free on Wednesday nights and sometimes Friday nights.

And i'll probably wait til i get a couple of things done on my car so it doesn't seem so scrubby.

Should do something next week as it'll start to get busy after that? Should do a cruise too....

I discovered Brindabella road the other day  had to say the grip on these cars is just insane. I was literally sliding out of my seat pushed against the door the car still wouldn't give... Now to eliminate the wobble when straightening out after a bend (seems dangerous). Could just be my terrible driving, first time turbo, first time AWD...

Anyway, dinner?

Haha I have found that the grip is awesome but the body roll of my wagon is what's bugging me the most these days.

I'm cool with next week, any day except Friday and after 5ish :D
