I gopt home from the gym just after 7pm this eve and my wife came out to see if my car had been written off - apparently a massive storm came through the south side and we had golf ball ized hail stones smacking into the house. Lucky for me it didn't come by Tuggeranong so the car is a little wet but nothing else.

Hope no one got stuck in it.

Good stuff the car is alright!

Apparently Condor and Banks area got hit the worst and then it shifted to the east and had a go over Queanbeyan. The ironic thing is that when I first left the gym I got hit by some large water drops and thought it might turn to hail. My neighbours house got damaged by the stones but ours didn't other than a couple of minor chips on the corner of a couple of roof tiles which I will sort out on the weekend.

Apparently huge hail in Gordon im overseas but my olds are looking after the car lucky it was in the garage otherwise it would have been quite costly from what ive heard the hail was enormous.
