Count me in if it's still happening. (I agree with Kevlar - go team wagon!)

Email sent to 5th gear.

I asked for available dates, when they come back we can work out a date. Also I asked for rough prices.

Hopefully we can get a few more cars, to lower the price a little more.

I did get an email from 5th gear saying the cost of the skidpan hiring has gone up so might be a little more then $120.

Guys,

Do you want me to book in the 19th February, in the morning or afternoon, for 7, and hope to pick up three more to make it a little cheeper, as with 7 it will cost 185.

I'm good with that. We'll be able to get 3 more for sure. When it gets closer I will ask a couple of the RSLC guys, they always seem keen.

ok booked in, must confirm by feb 1, need to pay 50% deposit,

I have booked you in for 19 February 2011 morning session (8.00am or 12.30pm). Usually the organiser (yourself) collects payment or a 50% deposit and puts it into our account a lump sum. We would need a deposit by 1 Feb 2011.

From the reply email,

How are we going to do this, get everyone to pay by a certain date or send me 50% of the cost to myself and then transfer the deposit to Fifth gear.

If you are happy to take the deposits and transfer to 5th gear I'll go along with that, otherwise if they add the date to their website I am also happy to pay them directly.

It'd be good to have everyone pay (whether direct or through you) by the 1st of Feb or thereabouts in case we get people pulling out. That will give us time to either find people ourselves or get 5th gear to open it up to other parties as well.

I will ask them to see if they can put the date up as Liberty.ASN and get people to pay say $130, then if we get 10 we don't have to pay any extra.

Get him/her on board for sure. We need to hit the 10 cars to make it more affordable.

Guys,

Email form Fifth Gear.

Hi Matt, we can do it that way but they would need to pay the $150 per head (2011 price). To get the $1300 special group price it really needs to be organised externally. Let me know what you would like to do J

Let me know how you guys want to pay, $150 via the booking, or $130 via deposit to me, then the rest later.

$130 via you and then if we don't make the 10 cars sort the rest on the day is cool. I'm for the special price personally!
