There are a few of us working in Civic now so who wants to meet for lunch? Does anyone know a good place?

How about that place under the car park, the holy grail? or the char grill steak house?

I'm happy to go to most places as long as it's not cheap and nasty.

Why not the Australian in Garema Place, near the carousel.

Holy Grail is a bit of a hike for me, but it wont matter, they do good food.

Either way is fine for me.

I had a walk around civic today. there are a few mid-range places, so as long as we're not sitting around the food court eating maccas, it's all good by me.

I'll be heading into Civic this Thursday at lunch if anyone wants to hook up for a feed. Have to buy some fishing gear off a fella that runs the Guru on Alinga street. It's about the only opportunity I will get over the next 3 weeks as we are down several staff in my section.

Well I usually take lunch from 11:30 - 4 so given its within my tight schedule I should be able to make it

I will probably only be able to come for an hour or so - like Kev we're a bit under staffed.

Tan - Did you want to meet out the front of Customs House at 12:25? (I don't know where Happy's is )

I'll try to make it tomorrow - i should know where Happy's is, but not sure.

I'll wander down to Garema Place at 12.30 and look around. sounds like a good idea.

Sure, I can meet you there, but if we miss each other, Happy's is near the chess pit. across garema place from landspeed records/impact comics.

I just got a meeting request for a meeting that ends at 12:30, so I might be 10 to 15 min. late. I'll call someone on the walk there to see where you've ended up.
