What's the significance of the Liberty manifolds - ?inlet?-.

Have I also seen this car on North East Rd at Officeworks / Autobahn?

Michael.

Michael,

Sounds like you are thinking of SLI-555, a black GT with big chromes, exhaust etc, is often in the area...

Hey Michael,
Initially, with the equal length headers/manifolds, in the my04, i found that it produced quite a monotonic exhaust note, without that wrx rumble... for me, possibly due to the exhaust system i got, but it was a higher pitch almost rotor/sr20 sounding note...
as for north east road, i pass officeworks and autobahn quite often, but cant remember the last time i would've stopped there...

You're right John, I was getting your car mixed up with another. I'll try to look out for yours now.

One Lib I do see all the time is the B4 with the front mount going down NE rd and parking often along Hackney Rd or nearby. I like it.

The silver one with the Blitzen rear end is Goran's car - I don't think he is on the Liberty forums. Was on TS for a while a year or two ago.

There is often a black one near Hackney Rd a fair bit, nice looking unit! If memory serves it has a rear window spoiler which I thought was cool, I'd love one for my car!

glad to be aboard, thanks. sorry for the delayed reply - i've been overseas for the last couple of weeks.

i have a dark silver 2008 GT wagon "tuned by STi" so it has the 18" Enkei wheels, STi front lip, strut brace, quad exhaust, rear spoiler, STi springs, the Brembo brakes, and stuff that I've probably forgotten to list as part of the STi package... oh yeah, like the leather/suede seats with the STi stitching and a couple of little STi logos.

a great car to drive everyday so no complaints from me!

I have seen a couple of dark silver STi sedans around town (yes, i know that they're not the STi S402) and have wondered how big the Liberty community is here? meets, cruises, trackdays?
