Spotted a Blue liberty possibly pre face lift with quad tip mufflers. License plate URC - XXX, I think.

We had a nice little duel along greens road although pretty sure he was taking it easy on me.

I think that photo angle is a little deceptive too. The rear tyre is perfect height, the front could use more low for aesthetics, but it's good for entering bad driveways
