Well my point is that if they're not going to post their spotted's in the main thread, would it make them more motivated to post in their own state specific thread?

I thought gathering would be an appropriate location, it's where other Liberty owners gather...?

In any case, a split state sub-forum for each state would be a nice thing to have, otherwise a prefix in front of the thread (i.e. what I've done [MEL]) is the next best approach IMO.
