Back when I had a VYSS Ute I saw a Black VY SS sedan with plates BAMBALAM (yep 9 letters on a polycarb wa plate - 1 off cost back then of $395).

I own THIRSTYAS - was meant for the ute, but I stuck ROARPOWER on it instead refferring to holden lion and pure v8 grunt. Prob about time to come up with SUMFING for the LIB. Those white on black slimline plates will look good on it.

how about AWDGRIP or AWDPOWER :)

You can just squeeze SBRU-LBRTY into 9 letters :)

Well as some one else pointed out I dont undedrstand the need to point out the obvious when the badge is next to the numberplate... How ever plates over here like GTB STI and GTSPECB are good ones cos they are going to be classics.

How about GETAGRIP... i can already hear the sniggers and abuse being focussed at a driver with those plates
however I laughed at a Maloo ute I saw with plates GOT MILK

More random thoughts
GTBSTIFTW
or
STIGTBFTW oh hang on most people will think im trying to be the STIG...her goes that inapproprate double meaning thing again
or
STIFTWGTB
or
GTBFTWSTI Nah theyre mostly too busy, I like the 2 seconds and everyone gets it thing

or simply
STI FTW
GT-B FTW (yep dash is an allowed and counts as a character here)
STI GT-B
STI WAGON
or heaven forbid
SH4GNWGN

can i stop now... anyone like or (*cough*) disapprove. What i disapprove of here is the move from calling an STD to an STI (XXX transmitted infection  )

Saw this on the way home. On 19" chromies. Either a WRX or (given the partially hidden P plate) a RX with a WRX bonnet

i would choose LEG 05S as in 'Legos' since it would be an indirect relation to the JDM name for the car Legacy. although lego might be better, but i wouldn't want 4 letters.
