Its really hard not to

N AF73R wrote:But seriously strap 2 turbos to your car and try to keep under the speed limit. Its alot harder than you think. Especially with twins because you always know what awaits at 4000rpm but every time you go there you end up in another postcode.

You sir, are a douche. You're not driving a supercar...200kw atw isn't that much.

Back on topic, spotted an urban grey 08 tuned by STi wagon at the corner of Penshurst and boundary rd Chatswood yesterday arvo at 3:30. Looked stock.

Also spotted black 07 tuned by STi sedan in the harbour tunnel heading north at 9am this morning. Was lowered with what looked like 19's.

Yesterday nice GEN V Wagon with plates LI-84-TY on Sunnyholt Rd.

Lol

If you came to a meet you'd see that 80% of us are gen 4 owners with gt's or 3.0r-b's and under 25...not exactly old.

I'm sorry but you just come across as a complete idiot.

Of the Ovlov? I think i have a few pics at home somewhere, not digital tho - it was way before that up to date technological shit. :D
think early 90's fashion, riced up to the max :D. 15in speedy 3 spokes hahaaha. (those things were $1700 with tyres back then)
bright chrome yellow paint, before that it was mustard yellow faded. shitty looking.
t-wing on the back - dunno if you guys remember a shop on Parramatta Rd, Homebush called Autofever? Had the wing of their promo BMW E36 M3.
Lowered on pedders suspension.
Hectic Benetton interior.
Autometer gauges.
People laughed. I laughed when they were smoked at the lights.

it originally had a twin carby 2.0 litre motor and 4 speed gearbox with a pissy 75kw (flywheel Lol) with a bit of headwork, bigger cam, rejetted carbies
2.5in exhaust, extractors and twin 4in tips (fuckin lol)
After I got bored with that decided to put in a RB25DET out of a then new R33 GTS-T Skyline. It was something different and unheard of then
Rocco's Performance did the work (are they even still around these days? )
everything fitted fine - still had an acre of room under the bonnet - heck you can put big block chevs in there and still have room for sleeping.
The only thing that had to be done was move the left side engine mount back about an inch.
5 speed gearbox fitted fine no probs as well. All up it was about $13k drive in, drive out installation. (1994/95 it was)
it was featured in the readers rides section of Hot4s too. issue 24 or something lol

Just upped the boost a bit - with the good ole turbosmart boost controller that you fiddled around with a phillips head screwdriver.
standard front mount that fitted behind the grille no probs. Bigger radiator.
Bigger injectors and some other shit.
Brakes were fine - they stopped on a dime anyway just updated to new pads and a newer booster out of a 242GT.

Good thing about the original B20 motor with carbs, you ran it on leaded fuel at 60 cents a litre (remember that? :p) and best of all for a proper clean out, pour in a bottle or two of octane booster - few bottles of metho and take it for a run up the freeway.. can ran like a hoot. lol

Actually it looked exactly like this one - minus the rims.
Same colour, same everything when i first got it in 1992. .

But yeah i'll try and find some pics at home, i know they are around somewhere..
