We tried and already submitted our proposal to RD team in Japan.
Don't know whether they will come up w/ LED tails for Sedan.

Will keep you guys posted for any updated news.

I know AQUA in Japan do them, but after enquiring I walked away. Something in the vicinity of $1800 - $3800 depending on how many LEDs you want.
