Liberty B4 This B4 was a pleasure to work on; it was black with metallic gold, wheels painted with the same black and metallic gold to match and to top it off a very bright red/orange calliper paint job.

This car came out really well, the only let down was the poorly cared for interior, I have restored it a huge amount but the leather will take some time to bring back to life.

Yes I own it, I also used to run a personal training program but do not get time with uni.

Yep have been charging $$$ for detailing since 09 when I started out doing family friends, work mates, friends of friends ECT.

no I do not waste my time at supercheap auto as I buy wholesale.

Back on topic,

All the best, I wouldn't bother about doing a 3-400 write up on everyday car you detail. In my opinion It's in-personal to hand someone a letter about their car and expect them to read it once they have paid and on their way. With the car's I detail I review the paint with them before hand under appropriate lighting and then after It's finished I do a walk through with them again and highlight area's that needed more attention or tell them any thing about the paint, sometimes pick up resprays that haven't been noticed by the new owner. Photo's of 50/50's and more before and after photo's are great and tell a thousand words. Also I don't think you will have time to write up a small essay considering the effort that will go into printing a letter for them, which needs to be perfect grammar, spelling and isn't confusing for them to understand what you are referring to.

Glad to see you have expanded on just your meg's range of products. Not one brand makes the best of everything so it's always good keeping an extensive range of brands and products If your wanting to get into a higher market, not just a wash and wax. Also with swissvax, As I said before It's a very small market of high end car's. Not everyone will want to pay for a slice of $300-$2500 boutique wax on their car so I wouldn't be pushing it much at all. I rarely am contacted by someone that wants swissvax as an LSP and if I do they are normally a high end euro driver.

Anyway I'll have your zaino delivery next week :)

Cheers Hamish, I all ready do the walk around before and after, discussing with them about areas that needs the most work ect, if a scratch will or won't come out. Many of my customers ask me to write down things to help them look after their paint/interior. That's why I do the write ups.

fair enough, sounds good

So what do you offer, prices, packages, what's involved, do you come to them or do you do it from home, interior and exterior etc

Hey I'm looking at polishing my car, what would you recommend I get? Do I need one of those machine ones or can I just do it by hand?
