HID's were performing great from the word go :D but as of recent i've had a few problems..
One low beam was a intermittent for a while i.e. when i turned my lights on it wouldnt come on, and i would have to turn them off and on again a few times to get it working
One high beam stopped working all together and im not sure why :?

what should i do? i've kept one of the boxes but i've got the warranty card for both

Cheers, Simon

I had problems with my drivers side foggies as they weren't getting enough power to strike on start up, a simple wiring harness was put on by Leo which gave the light the power it needed and have never had a problem since, I'd test your lights by changing the globes from left to right and then test the ballast by doing the same, by doing this you'll know if it's the globes, ballast or wiring :D

i tried them all by swapping lights/ballasts over with eachother.

from my findings, i have two rooted ballasts and two rooted high beam globes (which on closer inspection of the globes, the brown stain would explain that)

sorry for the massive delay on reply as I dont check the forum. Next time please PM me or even sms me.
It sounds like you need a relay harness for your low beam.

For your high beam, can it turned on at all? You can try to swap the ballast and see if that's the bulb or the ballast and come for a replacement.

brown stain doesnt mean it is defective. If the bulb is gone, it will turn solid black.

I have installed a few liberty but only one or two required relay due to low current running on the plug. If the light turned on and stayed on, it is not the bulb nor the ballast issue.
