Has anyone ever painted their Liberty RX 2.5 badge??

I was thinking about doing it but I'm not sure how I'd go about it...

My rough thoughts are maybe spray the whole thing white and then very carefully repaint the lettering in black so it matches my whole black and white theme

As you may already know the badge has a black surrounding behind the letters so it will be difficult to see the letters if they are just black also...

If someone has done it please let me know how it turned out and also provide a pic if u can.

Any suggestions are more than welcome

i know some of them you can sand the colour off the back of them so it is clear im pretty sure u can do it with the subaru badge with the stars in it not sure about you 2.5 one but.. defently something worth having a look at but prob a bit easier

nah they rnt like that
they are painted on the exterior and not painted on clear plastic
