Need help with exhaust components please

I'm looking at doing a full turbo back exhaust upgrade on my MY07 Liberty GT spec.B (manual) but I'm not sure whats good or which brands are available around Perth. My main requirements are that they are as quiet as possible and look fairly discreet. Searching around the forums I've seen a few people mention Hi-Tech Quad mufflers and K2 Gear. Can anyone comment on how much louder than stock they are or if there is anything better? I don't really want to hear the exhaust at all while cruising (not worried about high rpm). And which dump/centre pipes are recommended?
Also, any ideas on where these parts can be sourced in Perth? Some people recommended Mettams Mufflers in Morley but when I asked them they said they could only find one brand of cat back for the Liberty and were unsure on dump pipes.

Butler I have heard makes the best exhausts in Perth.
RE: dump pipe - quick jump on Phat's latest and we could perhaps share shipping costs.

Nice to see another Lib owner in Perth and a SEDAN!

It will be a few months before I can do this anyway so waiting lists aren't a problem. Need to know pricing and availability to work out when I can get it done. I'd like to get the K2 Gear Spec-Neo Dual kit but I've no idea where to get them other than japanparts.com and some of the things on that site seem a bit overpriced. I guess one of those plus a Phat dump pipe would be the way to go unless anyone has any better ideas. I may consider buying a dump pipe soon and adding the centre/cat-back later if that can work, but I'd like to be sure about the cat-back before doing that.

If I were you I wouldn't wait around for Phat to make another batch in the future. He makes them when he has time and availability. A lot of people are just buying them and putting them in storage until the time is right. But it's up to you. There were a lot of people who wanted to wait for the previous group buy, and when they really wanted it there were no more to be had. Just a thought.
You should do some research by reading through the mods & 2.5T sections on people's opinions on Phat's dump as well as any other dump available. Unfortunately having the 2.5 turbo limits your choice quite severely, as most JDM dumps are made for the 2.0 T. And don't buy any from North America as there are fitment issues. And yes, quite a few people have done the dump pipe only without a catback exhaust. Noise levels increased but not that much. But you won't feel the full potential of the dump pipe without a catback setup.
Not entirely sure when Phat will do another batch of mufflers, so you should take the advice of some of the Perth members on here and get yourself a custom setup (with quad tips if you're after discrete). However if you're worried about noise level, you should really jump in someone's car with the setup you're after to gauge the noise level. Depending on what pipe diameter you go for, it can get quite loud. Otherwise if you have the money, HiTech or the K2 Gear mufflers you mentioned are a good choice. Both are relatively quiet compared to other systems. I highly recommend the K2 Gear if you have the money, as it is extremely quiet for an aftermarket system (louder than stock of course).
If you're after K2 Gear, hkc-speed.com who sells on here as a commercial vendor can get it for you. Check out his section and PM him if you're serious.

It's been over 6 months since Phats last 07+ dump pipe run. It was almost hell waiting that long. The advantage of a Phat dp is the fact that you get both a 3" and standard centre pipe connector. The versatility allows for a mild or wild CBE with a 5 min changeover.
The new version has a bigger cat and is ceramic coated inside and out.
Don't make my mistake and wait for the next run - which may not happen.
