I did a photoshop job of my lib and came up with this result... (debadged plus tinted taillights)

What level of tint is more likely going to get me away from the Po Po?

I personally think this looks f***ing sweet!

What you guys think?

p.s already debadged the car, unfortunately found nice holes behind the Liberty RX 2.5 badge, so i had to put it back on

50% should reduce the annoying red while being subtle enough not to attract too much attention. 35% will be more stealth but will probably get you noticed.

However, technically any mod to the taillight is illegal. In NSW you need to have some sort of red reflective surface in the back so that others can spot you easier. That's why whenever you see taillights that are tinted from the factory, there are usually separate red reflectors to keep it legal.

Why don't you try and get a set of jdm legacy tail lights and the centre garnish. IMO opinion would look better then some bodgy applied tint

ethan it is factory on jdm legacy's..i could not say how much it is but i think a new zealand wrecker would be your best bet....
