Hi guys, im currently looking at getting some new rims for the car soonish and im in a dilemma!!

I really love WRX's (always have) and i love the way the gold rims look on them.

So im thinkin of getting some in a similar design to the Liberty STI rims but gold in colour.

Just wondering whether you guys think the "regal blue" liberty would look as good as the wrx blue, or even better.. if anyone has any photos of one or would be willing to shop an example for me?

Rims are a very personal thing. My rims were original gold (On silver car) & I didin't mind it... But in the end it wasn't my style.

I must admit I did get mixed reactions - You guys that said you liked them near my Mrs are very lucky to be alive

Any way, here's a pic... I little bit of photo shop work should give you a pretty good indicator of what the colour would look like of your car :D

Well me and Matt (mechanic from work) saw a Blue Gen 4 Wag with Gold rims, Looked really nice cause he had the darker taillights to top it off. Ask someone to photoshop gold rims on your car to see what it would look like

They are Volk Racing CE28NF wheels.

note: with 225/45/18 tyres and lowered at that point, they rub on the front inside of the guards when wheel is almost at full lock.

the plastic guard gives way before the tyres do....

Hey swingin - did you 'shop the taillights on your car in that pic? Or...

To the OP - gold wheels looks different - you don't see many libs with them on. I saw overloads car on our last cruise with them and whilst their not my cup of tea, they definitely are something unique.

Cheers
