Need ideas on what to do with my Liberty.

I've just recently bought a Liberty LX '95, finally get to own my first Subaru (been wanting one for a long time). But since I'm new to owning a Sub, I know very little about them. I really want to restore this car to the glory it could have as it currently is in good condition but was used as nothing more than a daily so it didn't get a lot of tlc or attention.
I just have absolutely no idea where to start.
Does anyone have some hints or tips, or places I could go to get a better idea of the potential of this car or the best ways to go about turning her into a stunning car?
