Photoshop my car please!

Postby Subie Boy » Fri Apr 04, 2008 7:44 pm

Hi there,

I am looking for some new aftermarket rims (still looking at the moment).

Here is a pic of my car, can someone photoshop it with rims that they think will suit the car?

Sorry about the quality, I took this after I got the coilovers done (in a rush)

Thanks

I've never even heard of ADR Wheels until today, but they have some interesting designs. So far this is not bad:

And neither is this but I don't think it's available in Oz:

I couldn't find any pictures of those wheels with a straight on shot, so it was hard to Photoshop into your Lib. So just trying out some Lenso RT-9's with some very amateur Photoshoping.

Whoa JIM, I love those Lenso rims, are they available in Australia?? Also with the ADR rims, A&B (the guys that did my coilovers) have the top one from your pics available in 19s...in silver...not sure about black though!! Those ADR rims are growing on me though!

Arg! Those Lenso RT9's are available at Tempe, but only in 18's and only for 5x114.3. So no Subaru application. :angry2:

Actually I've been eyeing that SZ 1 ever since I saw it in one of your photos you took. I think your car would look pretty cool in a dark coloured wheel.

I wasn't keen on the idea because I've always had chrome and then shadow chrome on my previous cars, so gunmetal or black took a while to grow on me. But now that I have it, I think it's fantastic.

Comes in gunmetal. Comes in 5x100. Comes in 19x7.5. Comes in +48mm offset.

How big are you to attention to detail? Since the next big budget mod is a fair distance away, a cheap mod that tends to raise eyebrows is converting all your interior and exterior (front parkers, rego plate) to white LED if you haven't done so already. It'll need to be complimented with HID's though.

hmm...I was thinking of getting wheels next and then doing the lights in the car and rego plates light....where did you get yours? And are there any pics floating around that I can look at?

eBay! There are plenty of sellers from HK selling LED wedge bulbs for a few bucks each. But for the rego plate I had to get a name brand like Piaa because that was the only wedge LED bright enough to give decent illumination.
