Where to get decent black number plate bolts

So within 3 months of purchase, my black hex drive M6 number plate bolts are rusting. Given they're ebay specials I guess I shouldn't be surprised.

Is there such a thing as good quality black bolts, preferably hex drive with a low profile head (to fit under the number plate cover) which won't rust? I'm going to need something which isn't regular steel I assume.

i.e. something like this but better quality?

For my bike I use titanium bolts. Not sure if you can find them in the shallow head and black, but they won't rust :P

The ones Mark sent me with my number plate lift kit are shallow, hex head but countersunk.. They also aren't blaaaaaaaaaack but with a quick squirt could be :D

I (spray) painted mine 3 years ago on my old car and re-used them on the lib.
Still perfect.

So to wrap this one up for the benefit of others, don't use shitty cheap black bolts from Chinese sellers on ebay.

This is how they look when new vs. 6 months later after exposure to a little moisture:

Following Daniel's suggestion I've just replaced them with titanium bolts from Acer Racing. Didn't get around to painting them black. CBF really.
