Hi Guys

Considering replacing rims when the tread runs out in about 10000k. The stock 17s seem to be sending road noise through the inside of the car although i have uped the profile of the tyres from the stock set. Whether or not thats just how it is I dont know but im a bit over it.

question is what do you guys think? wat are the max offsets I can have with 18's depending on width x 7.5 or 8 or 8.5? will lower about 2/2.5inch but not looking at rolling guards or anything like that.

was looking for a rim with 6 spoke in gun metal grey/bronze with a chrome lip/dish if anyone has suggestions also...

Get some spec b wheels. Under 1K wheels and tyres and they make a huge difference!

thanks Joshy would the +38 offset on 18x8 be ok to fit the guards once lowered?

Wogboy no offence but i actually dislike the spec b wheels n its not the look im after

You would probably need to at least roll the guards.. In saying that there is more experience people that may think otherwise

Hey i was also looking at the lensos. I can get them for $700 using my current tyres. Not sure how they would look on the car but they are fairly cheap and really light weight. I would really prefer the STI rims though or something similar 10 spoke rims.
