Hi Guys,

I have been looking online to find some clear side indicators for my MY06 Liberty GT Tuned by STi.

Does anyone know where to buy these or are they a custom mod???

Some people just paint their bulbs with silver paint, or you can buy them from ebay.

Sorry I should have been more clear. I have seen Liberty's without the orange plastic indicator surround within the headlight assembly. Is thata mod, has the orange plastic simply been removed or have people bought complete new headlight assemblies with clear indicator surrounds? I have searched eBay and whilst they do sell after market headlight assemblies they all have orange indicator surrounds. Am I missing something obvious here?

Honestly mate, I have no idea what you're talking about.

Unless you have USDM spec headlights installed? To my knowledge no Gen4 Liberty ever had the orange reflectors in the indicators.

The thread that you linked (Tony's) is simply referring to the silver bulbs I posted a link to.

Maybe post up a picture of your headlight to demonstrate what you're getting at..

Headlights are perfectly clear, the only orange you see is the reflection of the orange indicator bulb. Which is rectified by the link I posted originally.

Agreed. It should be just the bulb you are seeing that is orange.

I personally use the phillips silver vision globes, being going strong for 5yrs or so, but I'm sure their are cheaper alternatives.
