heres some advice
trawl through car forums, car blogs, anything car-related on the internet. doesnt have to be liberty or even subaru-related, you never know where you might find inspiration. see what other people have done. see what you like from that. even if you hate the overall look of a car you might say "hey their front grille looked good, i want that one". or "those wheels would look good in a different colour"
note - this will take innumerable hours of your time. expect to sacrifice sleep and depending upon your situation study/work time also.
enjoy the frustration as you discover that your model was slightly different to another one and therefore the part wont fit, or that the wheels you want dont come in your required sizing. (just a couple of examples
)
at some stage in this process you will contract a disease known as the mod bug. it is inevitable. it will creep up on you slowly without you realising and by that stage its too late. there is no definitive cure. not having enough money will not stop it. neither will having too much. moving to live with an eskimo family in the polar regions where the concept of a car does not exist may slightly cure you, but it will always be in the back of your mind
always remember at the end of the day its YOUR car. modify it for yourself, not for what other people tell you to do.
happy modding
