Re-painting AP calipers

Postby legacydan » Tue Jan 03, 2012 12:25 pm

Calipers need a bit of TLC, lots of stone chips from last few weeks of bad weather. I need to figure out best way to repaint them and weather i should go with the same matt black with Yellow logo or change it up a bit and do something different Current colour scheme looks like this( slightly more chipped than this now!)

I'll probably be painting the wheels matt black with some plastidip to cover up some kerb rash so need to decide on what will look good with this

oooh not sure about the bright yellow calipers, kind of screams ricer! I think might just go matt black with a clear laquer coat to give them a bit of a gloss

i would love to know that too! but unfortunately a lot of chips on them, paint doesnt seem to be the most durable finish, maybe happened during service time by sloppy mechanics, hitting the wheel off them
