Where did you mount your boost guage?

I removed my Defi boost guage and control unit from the RS the other day and sat in on the dash of the GTB, just above the right hand vent. Something didn't look right.

I'd rather not drill or cut any of the interior as it's immaculate.
So where's your boost guage mounted? Pictures speak words no one wants to read.

Sorry no pics, but you should get the hint.......

Which one????

My Defi boost gauge lives alongside the oil pressure gauge in the cubby hole and the control unit is in the Sat Nav slot in the glove box, are perfect install thanks to Phat GT.

All you need to do is set the peak warnings, close the door and you have yourself a stealth set up that’s functional without being on display all the time distracting you from the road.

@senator, unfortunately (or unfortunately) i have satnav, which rules your option out. Although a good idea and one i would have entertained.

@tangcla, i did notice said boost guage the other day while browsing. Looks great. But i love the look of the Defi and how it blends with the lights on the dash. Just need to put it somewhere where it looks neat.

Wow, Clarence, that's one of the most tasteful gauges I've seen! Love it!

Buy another drivers vent and mount it flush in there.

I put mine in the cubby hole also. :D

I'm not sure how readable it would be located in the drivers vent. If i can source a better looking cup mount for the Defi, i may just wack it on the dash just above the vent. With d/s tape of course.

I wouldn't put any gauges here, the side airbag is in the pillar and might not deploy or deploy correctly if somethin happens, not being a Xmas grinch but I'm just thinkin bout ur safety! :)

I got the provo mount wHich sits in the top vent next to the dash mound it comes in black plastic but I had it covered in black leather th match the dash. I brought it from nengun. It will fit the defi as that's what I have and the control bow is in the glove box where the nav cd would sit in some models. Would put a picture up but I'm on holidays and only have Iphone
