Need help on liberty I might be buying. PLEASE!!
Posted: Fri Sep 09, 2011 4:11 amHey! I am taking a Subaru liberty from a car yard to my mechanic to do a quick check over... The thing is I have no idea about liberty's and coming on this website has been a little overwhelming. So a couple of quick questions.....
Here's the model it's an April 2004 model. Unfortunately I don't know what motor is inside but I initially thought that all the 04 models that aren't turbo motors, were 2.5llitre motors?
Also. What's the difference with "pre face lift" and "post facelift"?
And by telling you guys it's an 04/04 model would you be able to tell by this information only can you determine of it's pre or post facelift?
These are other things I remember about the car that might help...
It has a dual exhaust system
5speed manual transmition.
A mesh grill.
Sunroof.
Any info at all would be absolutely awesome!
