Hey guys,

I have recently purchased a 2004 MY05 Liberty 3.0l R in burgandy... and I am in LOVE!
I am interested in doing a few things to it as I see all the cars on here and get inspired. The question is what?
At the moment I have just put in a new HKS panel filter because I could and it was quick, cheap and easy.

I'm after some recommendations as to what is a good idea, what looks good and what others have done to theirs (mods and parts used and so on). I am a uni student so funds are understandbaly low, and these mods will come in at a very slow pace.
I want a new exhaust, grille, wheels, suspension but again this is a wish list.... Any input would be appreciated and this will be a list I use to slowly add to the car (possibly VERY slowly).

Upgrade to the Bilstein struts available at wheel power for around $500... Then drop that SH*T!!!

Gunmetal/black sti wheels look great on burgandy too

If it's done more than 30k get some lower arm control bushes as they will change the way your car handles. Sway bars would help too. Ask Phat GT - forumparts@gmail.com

Since you are a student, I suggest spending less on cosmetics and more DIY, you can customise the grill yourself. Keep a sharp eye on forums for 2nd hand liberty parts will save you money too, but do the research first as it might end up costing you more if you get the wrong part. Also mostly you get what you pay for but there are bargains out there if you are patient!

Picture will be goin up soon... I really like the STI wheels and was thinking the gunmetal or black colour as well.

Due to the fact I'm saving for a P&O cruise in June progress on the car has been put on hold
