You're getting ripped off big time if you pay $600.00 for Kmac springs. I would only pay about half of that, if ever decided to fit Kmacs.
If it is $600 fitted, that is about right.... $380 is the quote for springs direct from K-Mac, so that allows $220 for fitting. You will then need a wheel alignment. It's certainly not cheap, but it is OK.

Misunderstanding here. Lowering with springs only = firmer ride. 19s = firmer ride, springs only + 19s = likely a harsh ride.
If you want to lower and keep some level of comfort then 18s is probably your best bet
