Also talked to him about getting some Dixcel slotted rotors and pads to suit my brembos.

Need to start thinking about air intake too...TMIC replacement and prova air guide etc.

You're gonna love the dump pipe, make sure you keep us posted on the K2 gear exhaust because this is one of my potential mods hehe.

I will be getting the full cat back system (dual pipes) and quad Ti tip mufflers (heat treated) cost is about $3K delivered to WA. You can buy the centre pipes or mufflers seperately and also can opt for SS mufflers for a cheaper option

Had to hold off on getting the exhaust for a month, but in the mean time im booked in to get all my lights changed over to HID/LED including headlights, fogs, parkers, indicators, reverse, brakes and number plates. Also getting some custom interior lighting and angel eyes put in. Changing my door courtesy lights to blue instead of red. Its booked in for the 22nd so will put pics up when done.

Where are you getting all the lighting done mate and at what cost? Did you buy the HID kit separately then get someone to install it?

Cheers matt

http://illuminateauto.com/smd_led.aspx

That's where I'm booked in for, guy supplies all the components and labour. The HID kit he quoted me was about $140 from memory might have been cheaper but all the led lights etc are all really cheap just labour is expensive he's charging $60 an hour. You can do it yourself but I'm time poor. Whole lot I reckon will cost me about $450-550. That's pretty much changing out all the lights in my car tho.

You're getting HID headlights or just different color HID bulbs?? :? I've got a 2008 GT tb STi and I'm sure they all got factory HIDs, so I've just bought slightly bluer color HID d2s bulbs to replace them. Just waiting on my shipment of eBay SMD LEDs before I pull it all apart to fit them!

Yer mate just changing from the stock 4300k bulbs to 6000k, slightly more blue.

Got a few quotes last week as to refurbishing my rims (there were a few stains on them when i bought it that wouldnt polish out). Quotes were about $100/wheel from a few places for sandblasting, powder coating etc. Was leaning towards getting them redone in gloss black but am open to suggestions? Will look at doing this mid August.

Whilst im on the subject, if I went black rims do you think I should repaint my brembos while theyre off? They are currently black at the moment so would be black on black. Red or Silver could look good i think?
