Tail light tint and rims names ?

Hey guys couple questions, would anyone know the opacity of the tinted tail lights this car has used ? Would it be better spray or the actual tint ?

And also I've been looking for these rims for quite a while, anyone know the name ?
Seems like this car had all the mods I've been looking for very impressed

That's it cheers bud, still after tinting the tail lights, really not sure if I should spray them or wrap them with tint ?

There are a few threads on here by people who've tinted their lights using a plastic film that costs like 2 bucks on ebay, seems to turn out a lot nicer than the spray on tints and you can also remove it if you ever get defected.
