17" hr racing wheels fit 05 2.5i?

Hey guys,

Just wondering if these 17" 4 stud wheels will firstly fit with the stock tyres that came with the car and if they the studs are correct for the car. The guy isn't very sure of the details, however they are 4 stud wheels that he had on his civic and he knows will fit on a lancer and gemini. Any ideas if they will fit on my car?

nah man they wont, all libertys have a 5 stud pattern

But it seems there are numerous holes in the center of the wheel. Theres no way to have a 5 stud arrangement within them to suit a 2.5i?

nah if u look at the 2 patterns on the wheels they are both for 2 different kinds of 4 stud patterns.. the 4 studs form up a shape of a square where as 5 studs form up into a star or pentagon shape.. so those wheels are just multistud for different 4 stud pattern cars eg one pattern will fit a corolla and the wider 4 stud pattern will fit say a civic..
