Hyperflow Top mount with Strut brace?

Postby burjob4 » Wed Aug 04, 2010 9:14 am

Hi all,

Anyone have a Hyperflow TMIC on thier B4 and have a Strut brace that clears it??

I know there are issue with the Hyperflow rubbing the under bonnet coverings if you don't check the clamps every once in a while. I have a strut brace at home (unkown brand, I'd have to pull it out to check) and the TMIC will hit it when installed, theres not enough clearance on it with the engine turned off let alone running.

Any info or pics greatly appreciated.

Cheers,
Dale.

Not 100% sure about the B4, but in the Gen 4's it doesn't cause any issues (Pretty sure WhiteGTB has one).

Maybe shoot an e-mail through to Hyperflow (I think they are actually a member of this forum actually) I'm sure they'll be able to tell you.
