Hi my name is Shane Aicken, I just purchased a 2001 Subaru Liberty B4 5speed Manual, got a roadworthy to register and transfer and mechanic has informed me that neither turbo's are working/boosting and engine light comes on and off. He said everything seems to be mechanically sound and can't figure out why it's not boosting. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

I would start with getting the codes from the CEL read.

Don't just go throwing parts at it as it could literally be a hundred different things.
