Hi everyone one i have a 2002 liberty b4 twin turbo that is currently auto and i am wanting to change it to manual. So far i have all the things i think i need, i am just trying to find out any other information i need to do this like wiring and any misc bits i may have missed. I have done a fair bit of searching on the web about converting to manual but most of the info i have found is for the 2nd gen liberty/legacy so need more 3rd gen specific details if anybody had any info that would be greatly appreciated.

So far i have the following

Manual trans

tailshaft

diff

manual ecu

clutch and brake pedals

shifter assembly

clutch slave and master cylinders

manual starter motor

And i know i have to wire up the neutral sensor and reverse lights.

All done and working well except an ABS light here is some idea of the wiring i did

Hi guys got it all written up sorry its only hand written. Now just to give you an idea plugs B128 and B17 are on your new manual trans, B12 is one of the plugs that goes from the firewall to the auto trans and B54 & B56 plug into the auto trans computer under the dash where you will be putting the clutch pedal.
