Had the motor replaced and finally got it back today and myself and the mechanic both noticed the secondary turbo does not kick in. We have gone over all the vacuum lines and made sure they are all correct which they are. Everything is back to factory but no second turbo. Any help?

had this same problem, changed the secondary bov,the bbod, the icv, the egcv, the secondary turbo,the boost solemoid.
only thing i didnt replace was the dps.
i got over it disconnected the boost solenoid had some fun and spun a bearing a month later.
i have all the above parts if you want to start trouble shooting, will sell cheap. id start with the boost solenoid.line 10/22 from memory behind the battery.cheapest place to start
if you get secondary, replace. strongly reccomend a quick run to diagnose then reconnect.
