What do you's reckon is better 3" or 2.5" piping?
Is bigger better? Or is it just for sound. Wanting to do from cat back but undecided
About the size. What's the benefits if it's staino?

The size will not change much if you're only doing a cat back, most of the restriction is in the dumps. But for the record I have 2.5 inch off each turbo into 3 inch at the merge and then for the rest of it.

Did you buy the dumps or get them custom made?

Sorry for the late reply I don't get on here much. They are custom, there are a couple of jap companies that sell OTS dumps (Syms springs to mind but they are prohibitively expensive).

Just got a 3" after dump. No cat mild steel with a kakimoto cannon.
Sounds deep just saving now for dump pipes.
Can only really find the mrt ones

yes well thats MRT...i looked there first but was persuaded to go elsewhere
and i think MRT's exhaust is a tad smaller in diameter than mine
to me it sounds great...low burble, not loud...gets louder when accelerating but not 'attention seeking loud'
