Has anyone stripped down a dash as one on the rings has blown on mine. Is it hard to do??

LOL... hey man, funny you post this now... i was just browsing around and came across a post in here about changing the color of the rings which some people have attempted - looks good but uneven like factory.

Anyways, it's not hard to do. If you take out the silver bits first then you're 3/4 there and then just remove the black cluster trim and you have access to the cluster. I will need to remove mine someday soon cos one of the cluster globes is gone on mine too... the one to say that you have your lights on/off.

i can help you if you like, i've taken the trims off more than 10 times now lol!

Gonna be taking my cluster out tomo to replace the bulb... See how I go :)
