yes,
All of the above

simply replacing the cat back is a good upgrade on the B4, especially if your variable opening rear muffler no longer works.

replacing the dump pipes gives great gains but will usually have to be custom.

But I urge you to consider upgrading it to single turbo where you'll find more power, better driveability, better economy and much less headaches
