i own an eclipse avn6000 but the earlier model is that ok?

Just got one installed, running the speakers off the deck and the sub has been disconnected for now until I get a 4 channel amp. My question is, when playing from my iPod, how can I play/pause? I cannot find a button anywhere! The only thing I can do is mute but doing that doesn't pause the track, this seems like a pretty basic oversight. Am I going crazy or is there no play/pause button?!?

Yeah I think you're right...

I sent a query off to Eclipse and they said the only way to do it is to press "MODE" on steering wheel controls if you have them. I asked them if they plan to add soft keys in the future via a software update and I will let you know if I get a response.
Seems like a glaring oversight to me...

is the version 16 map the same as what you're talking about Clarence?
