Digital CD Changers!!! CeNet Compatible?

Hi All,

Does anybody know if you can use an an additional OEM CeNet compatible CD changer with the McIntosh HU? Maybe with the use of a Clarion CCA 519 adapter?
I'm very new to this Car Audio systems but after spending many hours browsing the web (of course frustrated with the incompatibility of McIntosh system with Mp3 and Aux-in) found few products that may (fingers crossed) work such as this:

If we could get the CeNet connection working together with these units above (the product description for the second item shows compatibility to Clarion CeNet!!), this should make a lot of souls happy!

Has anyone tried using a similar product yet?
