Hi all,

Am picking up my gf's new car on Friday, it's a MY06 Impreza R (great little car actually, sports suspension, factory sports exhaust sounds pretty good too... and 17'' Lib wheels that would look great on my Pearl White MY05 GT). She has started asking about changing the OEM cd player for something simple to play mp3's etc.

Just wondering if anyone has any knowledge of the standard wiring plug??? I have seen this one Ryda but just want to be 100% sure before I buy it.

Actually, while I'm here, it has factory splits in it, any ideas on sizes? 6'' or 6.5''s??? will get her some semi decent splits while I'm at it probably.

That Ryda plug looks to be the same dimensions but am not sure why they describe it as a 13 wire harness. Perhaps it has one of the pin positions as blank?

Just wanted to double check.

the speakers are 6.5inch in the front doors, and they are only 2 ways, they dont come with splits standard.

That car isn't a 2.0R, its a 2.0i - no side skirts or spoiler.
And they don't have a "factory sports exhaust" either.

Would look good lowered 2" in the front.
