Wiring Diagrams

Hey guys i found a wiring diagram on the net for my Gen 3 and its completely different :!: :!: Do you guys know where i could find one or if you know off the top of your head :P

Hey Damo be sure that you aren't looking at a LHD version or something; the American ones are often different if not in their wiring colours then the wiring locations are wrong.

Your best bet is to find the workshop manual that is for the Legacy RHD version. What are you wiring up?

Ahh it could be. I might have to do that than, i think i know what most of them are theirs just a couple im not sure about. I'm wiring up a 2din pioneer DVD screen :D :D

Get a multimeter if you haven't already got one.

A regular $20.00 jobbie is much better than nothing and is more trustworthy than any wiring diagram (I always doublecheck what a wiring diagram tells me). Figuring out the wires to hook up a head unit is pretty straightforward and just a process of elimination. Let us know if you have any Qs :)

just buy an adaptor from supercheap.....aerpro Ap2001....if you have a B4 with an amp under the drivers seat you will need 2 as the rear speaker wire are there

Thanks heaps guys the screens in and working fine! I cut and soldered the wires and the i bought an adapter for the antenna.

Wicked, hook up the handbrake wire to ground also so it works whilst you are moving :)
