2010 Mcintosh with nav headunit upgrade help

I have a 2010 Liberty with the Mcintosh nav system and was looking at upgrading the headunit to a system with apple carplay.
I came across these units linked below and was wondering if anybody had any experience with these units or any similar ones or if there was another direction I should be looking.
